You know a wedding was awesome when the best man tells you it was awesome! ✨ That was William & Virginia’s wedding day - fun, beautiful, meaningful, and one where guests did not want to leave early. Months of planning with the couple and their moms came together to create the perfect day! The rustic elegant farmhouse feel included vintage blue & white china, colored glassware, and stainless flatware, plus handcrafted farm-inspired table numbers, candlelight, and abundant beautiful wildflowers. From heartfelt speeches by the dads, the bridal party and even the couple themselves to a father/daughter dance song specially written and recorded by the bride’s dad - every moment felt personal and memorable. Adding to the special moments - the couple was even married by the groom’s grandfather. Candlelight, loads of baby’s breath, satin bows, vintage glassware, and the sweetest bride. 💜 Madi & Janson’s Brentwood wedding was a beautiful celebration filled with soft lavender and blue details layered against a soft neutral backdrop - white and tan linens, wood chargers, creamy walls, and warm wood floors that made every detail feel elegant and natural. Victoria @vee.huff & Letrell’s West Tennessee wedding started with some wild weather - heavy rain and strong winds - but cleared just in time for us to bring the ceremony together (but barely!). From there, the day unfolded into something that felt relaxed, joyful, and a little bit magical. As the evening went on, we opened the doors, guests spilled out onto the patio, and the yard games and dancing brought so much fun to the celebration. And a bride who never stopped smiling. 🤍🖤 This day was the perfect blend of timeless elegance and pure celebration - made even more meaningful by a love story that began with a 6th grade first date! Fast forward years later to a stunning black and white celebration where every detail was designed to feel classic, elevated, and unforgettable… while still leaving plenty of room for fun. When I think back on this day 3 words come to mind: JOY, SUPPORT… and ELEGANCE! Held just days before Christmas, Natalie and John Allen’s wedding was not only beautiful - it was so.much.fun! Two long tables flanked the room- one filled with high school friends, the other college - with family & friends filling the space between, surrounding the couple with love and unwavering support. As I reflect on this past year, I’m honestly overwhelmed with gratitude! It’s kind of wild to think that in 2025, I served 2,892 guests, traveled 4,150 miles, set and cleared 3,052 dinner plates, 3,221 glasses (not including 185 teacups!), a whopping 10,646 pieces of flatware, and countless dessert plates, candles, vases and other decor! I also had fun steaming, pressing, tying and setting 200 table cloths, 2,933 napkins, 113 runners and 670 chair covers and sashes. HaHa. Seeing those numbers written out truly blows my mind! But behind every number is something far more meaningful - a celebration, family, a couple, and moments I was trusted to be part of. I never take that lightly. This business began several years ago in Idaho, and moving to Tennessee in 2022 meant starting over in many ways. And just as I jumped fully into re-branding and booking, a major health setback slowed me down HARD. But God gave me the strength to somehow push through! 2023 slowed me down. A lot! 2024 was about rebuilding. 2025 was the year I found my rhythm again! I am deeply grateful for every couple, client, family, venue and individual who trusted me with their celebrations. I believe every event should feel meaningfully personal and I promise to always pour my heart into each event I do. Just minutes from Fall Creek Falls State Park, Woodhaven Wedding Venue on the Cumberland Plateau was the perfect backdrop for Ella & Jacob’s amazing day! The sweetest little country church on the Cumberland Plateau was the setting for Arissa & Jacob’s wedding. Their vision was to transform the ‘drab’ fellowship hall (their words, not mine!) into a soft sage and blush floral fairytale ~ and it came together beautifully! Special moment right here..... On June 8, several years ago, my brother gave a heartfelt speech at my daughter’s wedding ~ a day already overflowing with love. When couples and clients reach out to me, one of the first things I do is ask if they have an inspiration board. That and the ensuing conversations are key to creating their desired design & fine tuning which services they need. In these conversations I learn more about them, their wedding, their vibe. I then send pictures of samples and mock set-ups I’ve created to help clarify their vision, often with multiple variations and options. For some this process already starts at an initial consultation, whether in person or online, where I have preselected pieces that would fit their palette and encourage them to play around with them. I will always love being part of the amazing process that transforms these mock ups into full scale beauty on their special day! An amazing military couple asked for elegant simplicity in navy and gold. We used classic traditional goblets and wine glasses, elegant gold flatware, and an an eclectic collection of gold rimmed dinner, salad and dessert plates. The meal was served to the tables, so unfortunately there are no table pictures showcasing the plates. Positively loved the event I did recently for The Governor’s One Shot Turkey Hunt Banquet held at Liberty Hall (and it’s adjoining Heritage Hall) at the Factory at Franklin! What a beautiful, unique venue! Set-up was a bit different than my typical events as this was a buffet dinner for 550!! This annual event kicks off turkey hunting season and acts as a major fundraiser for The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Foundation. The Elegant Eclectic began with my daughter's wedding. As I poured my heart into creating a beautiful and unique tablescape for her special day, I never imagined it would become the foundation of a business.

After the wedding, photos shared by the venue sparked an unexpected response. Brides began asking how they could achieve a similar look for their own celebrations, and what started as a labor of love soon grew into a passion for helping others bring their event visions to life.
